ATEE Technologies Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the ATEE mobile application on a device you own or control, solely to order food and groceries for delivery and, where available in your area, to request or provide rides through the Platform. This licence is for your personal, non-commercial use (or, for Vendors and Drivers, solely to operate your business or provide services under your respective agreement with ATEE).
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the app. You may not use the app to build a competing product, scrape data from it, or interfere with its normal operation.
The app, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by ATEE Technologies Inc. or its licensors. This licence doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you.
This licence ends automatically if you violate its terms, or when you delete the app or close your account. ATEE may also suspend or revoke this licence for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
