Acceptable Use Policy
ATEE Technologies Inc. | rideatee.com
What's Not Allowed
You may not use ATEE to:
- Commit fraud — place orders you don't intend to pay for, submit false refund claims, or fake a delivery or ride.
- Create fake accounts — multiple accounts, accounts under a false identity, or a listing for a business that isn't yours.
- Abuse chargebacks — dispute a legitimate charge with your bank instead of using our refund process.
- Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages through the app.
- Harass or discriminate against anyone based on a protected characteristic under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
- Behave dangerously — drive impaired, drive recklessly, or otherwise create a safety risk.
- Break the law using our Platform.
- Share your account or maintain more than one account.
- Impersonate another person, business, or ATEE representative.
- Interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.
What Happens If You Break These Rules
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, temporarily restrict your account, withhold a payment pending investigation, or permanently remove you from ATEE. Serious violations — fraud, safety issues, harassment — can mean immediate removal, and we may report criminal conduct to police.
Questions or Appeals
If your account is restricted and you think it's a mistake, contact us at contact@rideatee.com. Drivers and Vendors have a specific appeal process described in their respective agreements.
