Acceptable Use Policy
ATEE Technologies Inc. | rideatee.com
What's Not Allowed
You may not use ATEE to:
- Commit fraud: place orders you don't intend to pay for, submit false refund claims, or fake a delivery or ride.
- Create fake accounts: multiple accounts, accounts under a false identity, or a listing for a business that isn't yours.
- Abuse chargebacks: dispute a legitimate charge with your bank instead of using our refund process.
- Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages through the app.
- Harass or discriminate against anyone based on a protected characteristic under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
- Behave dangerously: drive impaired, drive recklessly, or otherwise create a safety risk.
- Break the law using our Platform.
- Share your account or maintain more than one account.
- Impersonate another person, business, or ATEE representative.
- Interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.
What Happens If You Break These Rules
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, temporarily restrict your account, withhold a payment pending investigation, or permanently remove you from ATEE. Serious violations, including fraud, safety issues, and harassment, can mean immediate removal, and we may report criminal conduct to police.
Questions or Appeals
If your account is restricted and you think it's a mistake, contact us at contact@rideatee.com. Drivers and Vendors have a specific appeal process described in their respective agreements.
