What's Not Allowed

You may not use ATEE to:

• Commit fraud — place orders you don't intend to pay for, submit false refund claims, or fake a delivery or ride.
• Create fake accounts — multiple accounts, accounts under a false identity, or a listing for a business that isn't yours.
• Abuse chargebacks — dispute a legitimate charge with your bank instead of using our refund process.
• Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages through the app.
• Harass or discriminate against anyone based on a protected characteristic under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
• Behave dangerously — drive impaired, drive recklessly, or otherwise create a safety risk.
• Break the law using our Platform.
• Share your account or maintain more than one account.
• Impersonate another person, business, or ATEE representative.
• Interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.

What Happens If You Break These Rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, temporarily restrict your account, withhold a payment pending investigation, or permanently remove you from ATEE. Serious violations — fraud, safety issues, harassment — can mean immediate removal, and we may report criminal conduct to police.

Questions or Appeals

If your account is restricted and you think it's a mistake, contact us at contact@rideatee.com. Drivers and Vendors have a specific appeal process described in their respective agreements.
