ATEE uses location information to power core features of the app: showing nearby Vendors, calculating delivery distance and fees, routing Drivers, tracking order and ride progress, and keeping everyone safe.
We use your location, or an address you enter, to show you nearby restaurants and grocery stores, calculate delivery fees, and let you track your order or ride in real time. We collect this only while you're actively using the app.
While you're online and available for deliveries or rides, we collect your location to match you with nearby orders, provide navigation, and let Customers track their delivery or ride. If you enable background location, we may continue collecting your location while the app is running in the background during an active shift, for dispatch, navigation, and safety purposes — for example, so we can respond quickly if something goes wrong. You can turn off background location in your device settings, though this may limit some Driver features, like being matched with nearby orders while the app isn't in the foreground.
You can manage location permissions at any time through your device's settings. Turning off location access will limit or disable features that depend on it, like order tracking and nearby Vendor search. For more detail on how we collect, use, and share location data, see our Privacy Policy.
